If you are looking for a professional, reliable, honest, hardworking and personable estate sale company then look no further than Sassie's. Definitely a 10 out of 5 star rating! I needed to close my dad's estate and searched several estate sale companies to handle the job. I was not particularly happy with responses from other companies and then I found Sassie's. We did not have a apcked house as I had already given much to charitable organizations or the garbage, but Naomi, Sassie's owner, was very willing to come and evaluate whether or not what we had would be sufficient for a sale. She arrived on time and was extremely personable, helpful and honest about the items we had. The great thing is that she is a certified appraiser and is very knowledgeable about what an item is and about its worth. In addition, Sassie's does not deal in upfront minimums or guarantees so there is no horror story of owing Sassie's money because of minimal sales. Her commission rate/split is very agreeable.Naomi and her staff beautifully stage our items - they cleaned them and displayed them in an organized, enticing way. The posting on her website with sale information and pictures was fantastic. I have never seen my dad's items and house look so great! The day of the sale one of the major access roads to my dad's house was closed for maintenance with no advance notice, but Naomi made certain that her website with sale details was clearly updated to inform attendees of the closure and provide information about the detour. Once the sale was complete we found the house left in pristine condition. Naomi and her staff left our items in an organized manner after removing their staging equipment and cleaned up any garbage which may have been strewn during the sale. Finally, we received payment promptly. I am totally impressed with Naomi and her staff and would not hesitate to recommend Sassie's or to use them again. Don't think twice - Sassie's is the one!
